The Kuwaiti Competition Protection Agency announced that it has received a request for approval to complete an economic concentration involving Tatweer Holding Co. acquiring 100% of the shares of Masaleh Investment Company.

This request falls under Law No. 72 of 2020 regarding the Protection of Competition and Article 83 of its Executive Regulations issued under Resolution No. 14 of 2021, and its amendments, which state:

"Any interested party may submit a reasoned objection to the Authority regarding the economic concentration request within a period not exceeding fifteen (15) days from the date of notification or publication..."

Accordingly, the Authority has invited all concerned parties to submit their justified objections regarding this economic concentration within fifteen days from August 31, 2025.
