The General Assembly of International Marine Construction, held on August 12, 2025, approved the capital increase to KWD 5 million by distributing free bonus shares at a rate of 400% of the company’s capital.
The bonus shares will be allocated to shareholders registered in the company’s records as of the date of the General Assembly.
