Boursa Kuwait has announced that, based on a notification from the Ministry of Justice – General Directorate of Enforcement, Wednesday, September 10, 2025, has been set as the date for the auction sale of securities (including listed and unlisted securities through the electronic auction market) for the benefit of the Ministry of Justice – Enforcement Department, concerning the debtor:

Al-Arfaj Holding Group Company, in settlement of a debt amounting to KWD 18,919,183.469 (eighteen million, nine hundred and nineteen thousand, one hundred eighty-three Kuwaiti Dinars and 469 Fils).

The sale will be conducted by the appointed seller: Al-Tijari Financial Brokerage Company, in accordance with Chapter 12 of the Boursa Kuwait Rulebook. The selling agent is responsible for adhering to the Boursa regulations and the Executive Bylaws of Law No. 7 of 2010 concerning the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and the Regulation of Securities Activity, and their amendments.

Sale of Unlisted Securities

- Gulf Capital Investment Company (InvestGB) – 250,000 shares
- The auction will be held on the electronic auction market for unlisted securities, where bidders can place purchase orders through the system.
- The auction starts at 10:00 AM, with a starting price of 500 Kuwaiti Fils per share.
- If the securities are not sold in the first auction session, the seller may start a second session five minutes after the end of the first session, at a starting price of 100 Fils.
- If the securities are still not sold in the second session, a third session may be conducted five minutes later with no starting price.
- The auction will be awarded to the highest bidder for the total quantity of shares on offer.
