The extraordinary General Assembly of Wafra Financial Services Company, held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, approved the amendment of Article (5) of the Articles of Incorporation and Article (4) of its articles of association to read as follows:

- Providing brokerage services in direct FX trading, metals, and commodities for individuals and companies outside the State of Kuwait.
- Computer technical and IT services.
- Public relations services (concierge).
- Collection and delivery services for money and other valuables.
- Organizing and managing meetings and conferences.
- Managing and organizing exhibitions and conferences.
- Acting as commission agent and trading on commission.
- Ownership of real estate and movable assets for the benefit of the company.
Project management.
- Establishing companies or partnering with others to carry out the company's business.
- Buying and selling stocks and bonds on behalf of the company.
- Investing financial surpluses in financial portfolios by investing in portfolios managed by specialized companies and entities.
