Mushrif Trading & Contracting Company has invited its shareholders to attend the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly Meetings, scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025.

The ordinary meeting will begin, followed by the extraordinary meeting, both to be held at the company’s headquarters. The meetings will discuss the items listed in their respective agendas.

The company noted that if the legal quorum is not met, the meetings will be postponed to Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at the same time and place, to discuss the agenda items.

Shareholders or their representatives are requested to visit the company's head office with proof of share ownership to receive attendance cards or proxy forms.
