The Al Tijaria Real Estate Company announced that its subsidiary,  AlSalmiya Group for Enterprises Development Company, has signed an investment agreement with Oxygen Fitness Institute to develop and operate a health club within the Q1 project in the Al-Qairawan area.

This move is part of the Al Tijaria Real Estate Company's strategy to deliver integrated projects that meet community needs and contribute to the development of modern residential environments with high-quality service offerings.

The agreement aims to establish and operate a fully integrated health club within the project, to be managed by Oxygen Fitness Health Institute, which has extensive expertise in the field and will ensure high operational standards.

The Q1 project is among the integrated projects being developed by Al-Salmiya Group, in partnership with the Public Authority for Housing Welfare. It follows design, development, financing, operation, management, and maintenance system, with an investment term of 22 years.

The project is being built on a total land area of 12,575 square meters and will include a commercial complex, a health club, and public parking spaces to serve project visitors and residents in the area.

Engineer Abdulmutalib Marafi, CEO of Al Tijaria Real Estate Company, stated:
