The Extraordinary General Assembly of OTC 862 Virtus Health Services Company, held on Sunday, July 20, 2025, approved the company's liquidation period at six months from the date of official publication.
The assembly also approved the appointment of Dr. Nabi Eid Jumaan Al-Duwailah from Al-Ra’i Audit Office as the person responsible for overseeing and completing the company’s liquidation and dissolution procedures.
