Al Arabiya Real Estate Company announced in a statement to Boursa Kuwait today, Thursday, that OTC 513 Bu khamseen Group Holding Co. has sold 3.72 million shares in the company.

The statement noted that Bu khamseen Holding sold 1,620,000 shares in Al Arabiya Real Estate during trading on August 19, 2025, at an average price of 190.4 Fils per share.

Following this transaction, the total number of shares held in Al Arabiya Real Estate by Bu khamseen’s affiliated, subsidiary, and allied companies reached 185,351,811 shares.

Additionally, Bu khamseen sold 2,100,000 shares yesterday in Al Arabiya at an average price of 182.2 Fils per share, reducing the total number of shares held to 183,251,811 shares following this latest transaction.
