The Board of Directors of Rasameel Investment Company has invited its shareholders to attend the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, scheduled to be heldon August 21, 2025, at the company’s headquarters.

During the meeting, shareholders will review and discuss the Board of Directors' report on the company's activities, financial performance, and operational results. The agenda also includes reviewing reports from the Governance Committee, the Audit Committee, the Sharia Supervisory Board, and the External Sharia Auditor, as well as the external auditors’ report on the financial statements and the approval of the net distributable profit.

In addition, the shareholders will examine the financial statements, profit and loss account, and any violations or penalties issued by regulatory authorities, along with any remarks made by the regulator’s representative (if present).

The agenda further includes reviewing the Board’s recommendation not to distribute dividends or board member bonuses, reviewing and approving related party transactions, and authorizing such dealings for the upcoming fiscal year.

The meeting will also address discharging the Board members of any liability for their administrative, financial, and legal actions during the fiscal year.

Furthermore, the General Assembly will include the appointment or reappointment of external auditors from the list approved by the Capital Markets Authority for the next fiscal year (April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026), authorizing the Board to determine their fees.

It will also cover the appointment or reappointment of the Fatwa and Sharia Supervisory Board and the External Sharia Auditor for the same period, with the Board granted authority to set their fees.
