The Extraordinary General Assembly of Wafra Gulf Financial Services Company held on Sunday, August 3, 2025, approved amendments to Article (6) of the Articles of Incorporation and Article (4) of the company's bylaws.

The amended objectives and activities now include:

•  Providing brokerage services in direct trading of FX, metals, and commodities for individuals and companies outside Kuwait.
•  IT and technical computing services.
• Concierge and public relations services.
• Collection and delivery services for money and other valuables.
• Organizing and managing meetings and conferences.
• Managing and organizing exhibitions and events.
•  Acting as commission agent and commission trading.
• Owning real estate and movable assets for the benefit of the company.
• Project management.
• Establishing or participating in companies to execute the company's operations.
• Buying and selling stocks and bonds on behalf of the company.
•  Investing financial surpluses in portfolios managed by specialized companies or entities.
