Matajer International Holding Company has announced the commencement of its liquidation process, based on the resolution passed by its Extraordinary General Assembly held on June 25, 2025, and the official approval issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry on July 13, 2025.

The company has appointed Husni Ahmad Alayan from Moore Global Audit Firm as the official legal liquidator.

The liquidator has called on all creditors with claims or dues against the company to visit his office and submit the necessary requests and supporting documents verifying their debts. He emphasized that all outstanding claims against the company will be considered void after 30 days from the date of this announcement.
