OTC 366 AlRai Logistica Company has announced the distribution of a 150% cash dividend, equivalent to 150 Fils per share, with a total payout of KWD 1,500,000, according to a disclosure on the official website of the Kuwait Clearing Company.
This announcement follows the company’s invitation to its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting for the financial year ending December 31, 2024, which was held on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 9:00 AM at the headquarters of Mabanee Company. Among the agenda items discussed was the Board of Directors’ recommendation to distribute the cash dividends from retained earnings of previous years.
