AlSafat United Food Company (under liquidation) approved, during its Extraordinary General Assembly held on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, to extend the liquidation period for Mr. Barak Abdulmohsen Al-Otaibi for an additional one year, to complete the liquidation process.
The assembly also approved setting the liquidator’s annual fee at KWD 12,000 (twelve thousand Kuwaiti dinars).
