The Extraordinary General Assembly of AlSafat Dhiafa Company (under liquidation), held on July 29, 2025, approved the extension of the liquidation period for Mr. Barak Abdulmohsen Al-Otaibi for an additional year to complete the liquidation process.
The assembly also approved setting the liquidation fees at KWD 12,000 (twelve thousand Kuwaiti Dinars) annually.
