The Extraordinary General Assembly of United Fisheries of Kuwait Company, held on July 29, 2025, approved extending the liquidation period of Mr. Barak Abdulmohsen Al-Otaibi for an additional duration of one year to complete the liquidation process.
The assembly also approved setting the liquidation fees at KD 12,000 (twelve thousand Kuwaiti Dinars) annually.
