The Extraordinary General Assembly of Spirit Art Company, held on July 27, 2025, approved the amendment of Article (6) of the Articles of Incorporation and Article (4) of its articles of association regarding the company's objectives.

The amended objectives include:

•    Activities related to film and television program production, artistic production, film distribution, display and sale of film-related models and products (both in covered and open venues),
•    Buying and selling land and real estate for the company’s own account,
•    Ownership of real estate and movable assets for the company’s benefit,
•    Broadcasting services.

Additionally, the company is now allowed to:

•    Invest financial surpluses through portfolios managed by specialized companies and entities,
•    Establish or participate in companies with others to carry out the company’s activities,
•    Buy and sell shares and bonds for the company’s account,
•    Manage and lease owned or rented properties.
