OTC 786 International Turnkey Systems Group held its Extraordinary General Assembly on July 9, 2025, during which it approved a reduction of its authorized and issued capital from KWD 17,443,226 to KWD 13,827,026, a decrease of KWD 3,616,200. The reduction was made due to the unpaid portion of the capital by shareholders.

As part of the resolution, the assembly approved amendments to Article (6) of the Memorandum of incorporation and Article (5) of the Articles of Association, which are now read as follows:

“The company’s authorized, issued, and paid-up capital is KWD 13,827,026 (Thirteen million eight hundred twenty-seven thousand and twenty-six Kuwaiti Dinars), divided into 138,270,260 shares, each with a nominal value of 100 Fils. All shares are cash shares”.
