Oqyana Real Estate Company (OREC) has announced it will hold its Ordinary General Assembly on Thursday, August 21, 2025.
The agenda includes approval of the appointment of an external auditor to review and audit the consolidated financial statements of Oqyana Real Estate and its subsidiaries for the fiscal years 2019 through 2024.
The meeting will also include authorizing the board of directors to determine the auditors’ fees.
