OTC 653 Ikarus United Marine Services Company has amended its corporate objectives in accordance with the International Code and approved the addition of “Fuel Station Management” to its list of activities.
The changes were approved during the company’s Extraordinary General Assembly held on July 21, 2025.
As a result, Article (6) of the company’s Memorandum of incorporation and Article (4) of its Articles of Association were amended to reflect the new and updated objectives, which now include:
- Routine repair and maintenance of ships
- Repair and maintenance of recreational boats
- Repair and maintenance of light and heavy equipment (excluding vehicles)
- Retail of spare parts for ships and yachts
- Marine and coastal water transport of oil and gas
- Provision of logistics and port services
- Tugboat operations and marine transport and shipping agency services
- Restaurant management
- Ownership of real estate and movables for company use
- Rental of diving equipment
- Recruitment of specialized technical labor
- Organization of marine trips and reservation/sale of marine transport tickets
- Project management and organization/management of trade exhibitions
- Diving instruction and management of marine clubs and leisure water transport (such as yacht clubs)
- Repair, development, and maintenance of ships, equipment, and military systems and their spare parts
- Operation of cargo handling stations, loading, and unloading of goods and passenger luggage by sea
- Maritime shipping, unloading, and consultancy
- Fuel station management
- The company is authorized to conduct these activities both inside Kuwait and abroad, either independently or through agencies, and may engage in any related, complementary, or necessary activities connected to its stated purposes.
