OTC 885 Tamdeen Sports Company held its Extraordinary General Assembly on July 27, 2025, where shareholders approved amendments to Article (6) of the Memorandum of Association and Article (4) of the Articles of Association. The revised objectives now include:

“Education in the fields of sports and entertainment, establishing a sports academy, project management, stadium setup, operation of sports facilities, organization of sports tournaments and camps, management and operation of sports venues and clubs, and provision of all related services. The company may also invest financial surpluses in investment portfolios managed by specialized entities, trade in shares and bonds on behalf of the company and establish or participate in companies that align with its business activities.
