Gulf Real Estate Projects Company (GREPCO) amended its objectives during its extraordinary general assembly held on April 23, 2025, by modifying Article 5 of its Articles of Incorporation and Article 4 of its Articles of Association as follows:

•    Buying and selling land and real estate solely on behalf of the company and owning properties and movable assets for the company’s benefit.
•    Managing and leasing owned or rented (non-residential) properties and managing third-party properties.
•    Buying and selling stocks and bonds on behalf of the company.
•    Providing building maintenance and electrical installation services.
•    Managing and organizing exhibitions, conferences, and auctions outside commercial premises.
•    Managing and developing land and real estate, project management, public facilities management, and infrastructure works.
•    Investing surplus funds in financial portfolios managed by specialized companies or entities and providing real estate valuation services.
