City Group Company has invited its shareholders to attend the Ordinary General Assembly scheduled for Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the company’s headquarters.
The agenda includes a proposal to transfer KD 3,694,467 from the legal reserve — as stated in the consolidated financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2024 — to the retained earnings account.
