The Extraordinary General Assembly of Flex Reassorts and Real Estate Company , held on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, approved amendments to Articles (1) and (2) of its Articles of Association. The amendments include a change to the company's trade name, which will now be:
"Aknan National Real Estate and Health Clubs Company (Closed Kuwaiti Shareholding Company)."
