In the same Extraordinary General Assembly held on July 8, 2025, Gatehouse Capital for Economic Consultancy Company, approved the amendment of Article (5) of its Memorandum of Incorporation and Article (4) of its Articles of Association, concerning the company’s objectives. Certain activities were removed, and the amended objectives are now as follows:

•    Economic consultancy.
•    Buying and selling shares and bonds for the company’s own account.
•    Organizing and managing meetings and conferences.

The Assembly also approved the amendment of Article (2) of the Memorandum of incorporation and Article (1) of the Articles of Association regarding the company’s trade name. The text was amended as follows:

Company name: Bayt Al Hikma for Economic and Financial Consultancy – K.S.C. (Closed)
