During its Extraordinary General Assembly held on July 13, 2025, Real Estate House Company approved the amendment of Article (5) of its Memorandum of Incorporation and Article (4) of its Articles of Association, relating to the company's objectives and activities. 

The updated purposes for which the company was established are as follows:

•    Management and development of land and real estate.
•    Management and leasing of owned or leased properties (residential and non-residential).
•    Management and operation of serviced apartments.
•    Management and operation of hotels.
•    Third-party property management.
•    Project management.
•    Management of public facilities.
•    Organization and management of exhibitions and conferences.
•    Management and operation of projects under various systems.
•    Investment of financial surpluses in portfolios managed by specialized firms.

The company may carry out the activities in the State of Kuwait and abroad, either directly or through agencies. Additionally, the company may have an interest in or participate in any way with entities that conduct similar activities or that may assist in achieving its objectives, both within Kuwait and internationally. It is also authorized to establish, acquire, affiliate with, or participate in such entities.
