During the same General Assembly on June 23, 2025, Mena Homez Real Estate Company, also approved amendments to Article (5) of its articles of incorporation and Article (4) of its Articles of Association. The updated business activities include:

• Buying and selling real estate and land for the company’s own account
• Owning real estate and movable assets for the benefit of the company
• Trading in stocks and bonds for the company
• Real estate consultancy
• Building maintenance services
• Repair and maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems
• Mechanical works
• Installation of elevators and escalators
• Third-party property management
• Organizing and managing exhibitions and conferences
• Infrastructure works
• Investing financial surpluses through portfolios managed by licensed firms
The company may carry out these activities both in Kuwait and abroad, either directly or through agencies. It may also establish or participate in entities with similar business activities or those that support its objectives, whether in Kuwait or internationally.
