Barak Abdulmohsen Al-Otaibi, the appointed liquidator of Effect Real Estate Company, has invited shareholders to attend the Extraordinary General Assembly (EGM) scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the liquidator’s office premises.

The meeting agenda includes:

• Discussion of the liquidator’s resignation
• Appointment of a new liquidator to complete the liquidation process for a one-year term

Shareholders registered in the company’s records are invited to visit the liquidator’s office starting from Monday, July 28, 2025, between 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM, excluding Fridays, to collect the attendance card and meeting agenda.

In case the legal quorum is not met, a postponed meeting will be held at the same time and venue on Wednesday, August 13, 2025.
