The Extraordinary General Assembly of Three sixty Style Company, held on June 25, 2025, approved the amendment of Article (5) of the Articles of Incorporation and Article (4) of the Articles of Association, without prejudice to the provisions of Companies Decree Law No. 25 of 2012 and its amendments and executive regulations.

The amended objectives for which the company was established are as follows:

Wholesale and retail trade
Export and import offices
Wholesale of textiles, clothing, and footwear
Wholesale of ready-made garments (including sportswear)
Wholesale of all types of clothing, accessories, beauty items, and traditional jewelry, as well as all types of footwear
Operating non-food central markets
Retail sale of clothing, footwear, leather goods, ready-made garments for men, women, and children, novelties, sportswear, and ready-made clothing for department stores
Retail of clothing accessories, beauty products, traditional jewelry, shoes, handbags, leather goods, travel bags, gifts, and other accessories
Additionally, the company is authorized to:

Establish or participate in companies with others to carry out the company’s business
Buy and sell shares and bonds on behalf of the company
Invest surplus funds in financial portfolios managed by licensed and specialized entities
Buy and sell land and real estate solely on behalf of the company
Own real estate and movable assets for the benefit of the company
Manage projects
Operate commercial agency and representation activities.
