Wafra International Investment Company has announced a public auction for the sale of 28,000,000 shares in North Africa Holding Company, scheduled to take place on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at the company’s headquarters.
Interested parties are invited to visit the company's office to obtain the auction booklet and sign the participation agreement, no later than Sunday, August 3, 2025.
The offering includes 28 million shares, with a starting bid price of 37.95 Kuwaiti Fils per share, amounting to a total value of KWD 1,062,600 (one million sixty-two thousand six hundred Kuwaiti dinars).
North Africa Holding is a Kuwaiti shareholding company with a fully paid-up capital of KWD 28 million, divided into 280 million shares at a nominal value of 100 Fils per share. The company’s activities include equity investments in companies, participation in their establishment and management, as well as ownership of real estate and industrial property rights.
Auction terms stipulate that bidding will begin at the starting share price of 37.95 Fils, and participants must submit an unconditional bank guarantee covering the full value of the shares, sign a participation agreement, and complete payment within five working days from the award date.
Bidders must also sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and pay KWD 500 to access company details and the auction booklet.
The winning bidder will bear all ownership transfer fees and must comply with the private transaction procedures in accordance with the rules governing unlisted securities trading on the Boursa Kuwait.
