The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) announced that during its Board of Commissioners meeting No. 21/2025, held on July 16, 2025, it issued financial penalties against Middle East Financial Brokerage Co. for regulatory violations.
The fines included:
- KD 2,700 for violating Article (3-19) of Book 16 of the Executive Bylaws.
- KD 5,400 for violating Article (6-1) of the same book.
The CMA reaffirmed its commitment to taking all necessary regulatory actions to ensure that supervised entities comply with the established legal framework, thereby promoting integrity and transparency in Kuwait’s financial markets.
