The Board of Directors of at OTC 314 Tamdeen Shopping Center Company has summoned its shareholders to an Extraordinary General Meeting on Wednesday, July 30, 2025.

The meeting agenda includes amending Article 5 of the Articles of incorporation and Article 4 of the Company’s Articles of Association to update the company’s scope of activities as follows:

- Buying and selling land and real estate.
- Resort development and trade.
- Construction of buildings and resorts.
- Management and leasing of owned or leased properties (residential and non-residential).
- Project management.
- Management and operation of hotels and serviced apartments.
- Ownership and asset management on behalf of the company or third parties.
- Real-estate development and booking.
- Design, construction, operation, maintenance, and conversion of projects under PPP frameworks.
- Organization and management of exhibitions and conferences.
- Multi-use venues (event halls, conference/exhibition centers).
- Restaurants, cafés, and associated services.
- Real estate consulting, building maintenance, auctions (excluding commercial shops).
- Management of parks, leisure facilities, beaches, coastal areas.
- Operation of entertainment-themed markets and exhibitions.
- Management of tourist and sports facilities, including health institutes.
- Establishing or investing in other companies.
- Buying and selling stocks and bonds for the company’s account.
- Investing financial surpluses through professionally managed portfolios.

Should the quorum not be achieved, a second meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at the same time and place, featuring the same agenda items.
