The meeting aims to review and approve the company’s financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025.
The company further stated that if the legal quorum is not met, a postponed meeting will take place on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at the same time and venue. This notice applies to both meeting dates.
