The Ordinary General Assembly of Kuwait Commercial Markets Complex Company approved, during its meeting held on Monday, May 26, 2025, the Board of Directors’ recommendation to distribute free bonus shares to shareholders at a rate of 5%, equivalent to 5 shares for every 100 shares owned, for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.
The Assembly also authorized the Board of Directors to handle any fractional shares resulting from the distribution and approved the recommendation not to distribute cash dividends. The implementation of the share distribution will begin today, Monday, July 14, 2025.
