Masaken United Real Estate Company held its Extraordinary General Assembly on June 11, 2025, during which it approved the alignment of its business activities with Ministerial Resolution No. (167) of 2022.

The resolution aims to regulate companies' activities in accordance with the United Nations International Standard Industrial Classification (ISIC). Accordingly, the company amended Article (5) of its article of incorporation and Article (4) of its Articles of Association to reflect the following approved activities:

• Buying and selling land and real estate for the company's own account
• Third-party property management
• Buying and selling shares and bonds for the company's account
• Real estate consultancy
• Project management
• Land and real estate development and management
• Hotel management and operations
• Management of tourism facilities
• Restaurant management
• Operation and management of serviced apartments
• Hotel operation
• Organizing and managing trade exhibitions
• Organizing and managing exhibitions and conferences
• Auctions outside of shops
• Management and leasing of owned or rented real estate
• Investing surplus funds in financial portfolios managed by specialized companies
• Public facilities management
