The Extraordinary General Assembly of Kuwait Real Estate Investment Consortium Company, held on June 19, 2025, approved the amendment of Article (5) of its Articles of Association and Article (4) of its articles of incorporation related to the company's objectives and activities.

The amendment aligns the company’s current objectives with updated regulations and includes the addition of international business activities in accordance with Ministerial Resolution No. 167 of 2022.

The newly approved activities are as follows:

- Project Management – Administrative services, business support activities, and related services.
- Marketing – Professional, scientific, technical, and consultancy activities and related services.
- Building Security and Maintenance Services – Facility services and associated support services.
- Retail Sale of Building Materials, Scrap, and Auctions Outside Retail Stores – General trade and related services.
- Management of Tourist Facilities and Operation of Sports Facilities – Arts, entertainment, and recreation activities and related services.
- Restaurant Management – Accommodation, food services, and associated activities.

The implementation of these activities is subject to approval by the relevant regulatory authorities and in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
