The Board of Directors of United Foodstuff Industries Group(UFIG) has announced an invitation to its shareholders to attend the company’s Ordinary General Assembly Meeting, scheduled for Wednesday, July 23, 2025. The meeting will be held in the conference hall at K.B.T. Tower.

The agenda includes a review and discussion of the financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, in addition to other items listed on the agenda of the Ordinary General Assembly. Shareholders will have the opportunity to vote and express their views on the matters presented.

The Board also noted that if the legal quorum is not met, a second meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at the same time and location. This invitation will remain valid for the rescheduled meeting.
