First Hotels Company has announced the distribution of cash dividends for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, at a rate of 3% (equivalent to 3 Fils per share).
This distribution is for shareholders registered in the company’s records as of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on May 19, 2025.
The company stated that dividend payments will commence on Sunday, July 20, 2025, with cash dividends being directly transferred to shareholders’ bank accounts through the Kuwait Clearing Company, following the standard procedures.
