The Extraordinary General Assembly of the Hygiene Products Industries Company, held on June 5, 2025, approved the amendment of Article (5) of the company's Memorandum of Association and Article (4) of its Articles of Incorporation, both relating to the company's objectives.

The updated objectives include:

• Establishment of hospitals.

• Establishment, operation, and management of private hospitals.

• Establishment and management of military hospitals, medical centers, and health laboratories.

• Contracting with doctors, technicians, and nurses.

•  Home healthcare services.

•  Buying and selling land and real estate on behalf of the company only.

•  Investing financial surpluses in investment portfolios managed by specialized firms and entities.

The company is authorized to carry out the activities both within Kuwait and abroad, either directly or through agents.

The company may also have interests in or participate in any way with entities engaged in similar activities or those that may assist in achieving its objectives, whether in Kuwait or abroad. It may establish, participate in, acquire, or affiliate with such entities.

The company is committed to conducting its business in accordance with the principles and provisions of Islamic Sharia law. Under no circumstances shall any of the objectives be interpreted in a way that permits the company—directly or indirectly—to engage in any usurious (Riba-based) activities, whether in the form of interest or otherwise.
