Al-Qurain Automotive Trading Company began today, Wednesday, July 2, 2025, distributing 2% bonus shares to its shareholders.

It is worth noting that the company held its Extraordinary General Assembly on April 17, 2025, during which it approved the increase of its authorized and fully paid-up capital to KWD 16,320,000.

This increase was implemented through the distribution of free bonus shares at a rate of 2%, totaling 3,200,000 shares (three million two hundred thousand shares), to shareholders registered in the company's records as of the date of the Extraordinary General Assembly.

The Board of Directors has been authorized to handle any fractional shares, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities.
