OTC 98 Gulf Glass Manufacturing Company (GGMC) began today, Monday, June 30, 2025, distributing cash dividends of 10% to its shareholders for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2024, at a rate of 10 Fils per share, starting from June 30, 2025.

The dividends are being distributed to shareholders registered in the company’s records as of the date of the general assembly meeting.

The company had previously stated that shareholders registered for the electronic transfer service will receive their dividends directly into their bank accounts through the electronic transfer system of the Kuwait Clearing Company.

It also urged shareholders who have not registered for the electronic dividend distribution service, or who have any inquiries regarding the distributions, to contact the Kuwait Clearing Company.
