The Extraordinary General Assembly of Al Mulla International Exchange Company, held on May 21, 2025, approved the amendment of Article (5) of the Memorandum of Association and Article (4) of the Articles of Association to state the following:
“Currency exchange and management of exchange outlets.”
The company may conduct the aforementioned business in Kuwait and abroad, either directly or through agency arrangements. It may also establish, acquire, or participate in entities engaged in similar or complementary activities to support the achievement of its objectives, both locally and internationally.
