Gulf Glass Manufacturing Co. has announced it will begin distributing cash dividends for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2024 at a rate of 10% (equivalent to 10 fils per share), starting from 30 June 2025. The dividends will be distributed to shareholders registered in the company’s records as of the date of the General Assembly meeting.

The company added that shareholders enrolled in the electronic transfer service will have their dividends transferred directly to their bank accounts via the electronic dividend distribution system provided by the Kuwait Clearing Company (KCC). Shareholders who are not registered for the service or who have inquiries regarding the distribution are advised to contact KCC for assistance.
