Kuwait Resources House Company for Human Resources Services and Management, a subsidiary of Biyout Holding, has received a notice concerning the reduction of scope issued by Amentum.

Biyout stated that the effective date of the scope reduction order has been extended until June 30, 2025. Accordingly, the subcontractor (KRH Company) has been instructed to continue executing the contract in full, maintaining 100% of the scope until that date.

The company clarified that there has been no reduction in the scope of work or suspension of services during this period. All functions will continue to be performed at optimal performance levels, in compliance with operational requirements and applicable regulations.

Bayt Al-Mawarid Al-Kuwaiti reaffirmed its full commitment to ensuring uninterrupted service delivery with the highest efficiency, in support of its partners and the end client during this transitional phase.

Regarding the financial impact, the company noted that the previously disclosed financial effect will be adjusted and reduced, with the revised impact to be reflected in the subsequent financial period.
