Barak Abdulmohsen Al-Ateeqi, the appointed liquidator for Kuwait National Marketing Company (under liquidation), has invited shareholders to attend the company’s Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly Meetings, scheduled for Monday, June 30, 2025, at 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM respectively.

The Ordinary General Assembly agenda includes:

•    Review of the liquidator’s report
•    Auditor’s report
•    Discussion and approval of the financial statements and profit and loss account for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024
•    Discharge of the liquidator, Barak Abdulmohsen Al-Ateeqi (Al-Ateeqi Certified Public Accountants), from all responsibilities related to his financial, administrative, and legal actions during the liquidation period
•    Appointment or reappointment of an external auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, with authorization granted to the liquidator to determine their fees

The Extraordinary General Assembly will discuss the extension of the liquidator’s term (Barak Abdulmohsen Al-Ateeqi – Al-Ateeqi Certified Public Accountants) for an additional year to continue the liquidation procedures.

In the event that the legal quorum is not met for either meeting, they will be postponed to Monday, July 7, 2025, at the same time and place.
