The Extraordinary General Assembly of OTC# 757 Souk Alsalmiah Real Estate, held on May 27, 2025, approved a resolution to reduce the number of board members from six to four. The Assembly also approved the amendment of Article (13) of the company’s Articles of Association, which now reads as follows:
“The company shall be managed by a Board of Directors composed of four (4) members elected by the General Assembly through secret ballot.”
