Gulf Takaful Insurance Company has announced the launch of a capital increase by a total nominal value of KD 8,000,000 through the issuance of 80,000,000 ordinary shares ("Offering Shares") to shareholders registered in the company’s shareholders register as of November 20, 2024.

The subscription period will commence on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 (inclusive) and will end on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 (inclusive), with the subscription closing at 1:00 PM on the final day.

The company has invited its shareholders to visit http://ipo.com.kw to verify their eligibility for preemptive rights, determine the number of shares they are entitled to subscribe for, and access the private placement prospectus along with detailed subscription procedures.
