Grand Real Estate Projects Company will convene its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024, on Sunday, June 15, 2025, at 12:00 PM. The meeting will commence with the presentation of the Board of Directors’ report, the auditors’ report, and the Shariah Supervisory Board’s report for the year ended December 31, 2024, followed by their approval.

The agenda also includes discussion and approval of the company’s financial statements for the fiscal year, a review of any violations and penalties issued by regulatory authorities, and a report on related party transactions that have occurred or are expected to occur.

The shareholders will also discuss the Board of Directors’ recommendation not to distribute dividends for the fiscal year 2024, as well as a proposal not to allocate any remuneration to board members for the same year. Additionally, the meeting will address the discharge of the board members from any legal, financial, or administrative liability for the fiscal year.

The meeting will conclude with the discussion of appointing or reappointing the company’s external auditors and Shariah Supervisory Board for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, and authorizing the Board of Directors to determine their fees.

It is worth noting that the company had previously invited its shareholders on January 27 to attend the Ordinary General Assembly for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, which included discussion of the 2023 financial statements and the election of a new Board of Directors for a three-year term.
