It is worth noting that on April 29, Unicap Investment and Finance Company announced the successful completion of a share transfer transaction involving 87,948,701 shares purchased from Al-Ritaj Investment Holding at a price of 23.1 fils per share, with a total transaction value of approximately KWD 2,031,615
