The Ordinary General Assembly of Refrigeration, Storage and Oil Services industries Company (RIC) convened on Sunday, May 25, 2025, and approved the Board of Directors' recommendation to distribute a cash dividend of 150%, equivalent to 150 Fils per share, to shareholders registered in the company's records as of the meeting date, excluding treasury shares.
The assembly also approved all items listed on its agenda, including the financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.
