The extraordinary general assembly of Al Mulla Rental & Leasing of Vehicles & Equipment Company, which took place on May 8, 2025, approved the amendment of Article (5) of the Articles of Incorporation and Article (4) of its articles of association by adding new activities to the company’s operations as follows:

- Buying and selling motor vehicles.
- Car repair garage.
- Renting passenger cars without a driver.
- Renting passenger cars with a driver.
- Rental of light and heavy equipment and machinery.
- Organizing and managing trade shows.
- Managing commercial agency operations.
- Retail sales of automotive spare parts.
- Wholesale sales of light and heavy equipment and their spare parts.
- Repair and maintenance of light and heavy equipment.

The company shall engage in the activities both in Kuwait and abroad, either directly or through agencies. The company may have interests or participate in any way with entities that conduct similar activities or that may assist it in achieving its objectives in Kuwait or abroad, and it may establish, participate in, or acquire these entities or incorporate them.
